Specify different prices for different product variants
Price list method only
In some cases different variants of products may have different prices. For example a left hand item may have a higher price than a right hand item. With the Catalog of prices different prices can be set for different variants of the same product
At the main screen:-
• Select: File - Libraries - Catalog
Enter the product code variations, description and price for each variant.

BF40-L Left hand 20.50
BF40-R Right hand 20.55
BF-SM Small 30.00
BF-MED Medium 40.00
BF-LRG Large 45.00
Sort - to arrange the list via the Code column
Print - to print the current catalog
When entering a product code the variants that are the same as the entered code are displayed. For example, if entering code BF the variants BF-SM, BF-MED, and BF-LRG are shown. - select the required code.
The catalog description is added to the normal product description
To change a price in the catalog - overtype the existing price.
To delete a catalog entry select the row or rows to be deleted and select DELETE.
Select a row by clicking at the left of the row.
To delete more than one row where the rows are not adjacent hold down the Control (Ctrl) key and click at the left of the row or rows to be deleted.

- Catalog is not available for Mixed pricing
