How to re-activate a cloud licence
If the program detects a problem with the licence, the following dialog may appear.
Reasons for this include:
- The licence has expired and the internet connection / licencing server are not available
- The hardware of the PC has been updated so that it appears to be a different PC
Please contact your distributor for an 8 digit re-activation code. When entered, this will extend the life of the licence for a period of 10 days, allowing time for the internet connection to be restored (for example).
Note that the re-activated licence will stop working after 10 days so you must take action to resolve the problem. If you have a floating licence, you can log out and log back in to resolve most problems (when internet connection is restored).

The following errors may occur during re-activation:
Re-activation code is not correct [48021]
Check that the 8 digit re-activation code is correct. If there was a delay between issuing the code and applying it, you may need to ask for distributor for another one.
An error occurred during re-activation [33465]
Please contact your distributor for further assistance.
If a licence is re-activated but no action is taken to resolve the problem, the program will stop working after 10 days and the following error is displayed. Please contact your distributor for further assistance.
If an error with the licence cannot be resolved by extending it, the following dialog is displayed.
