Machining centre parameter to set whether an extra pass can be applied to all routing.
For thicker materials an extra pass may be required to machine out the parts. Once the preliminary pass has been done then the settings under the Final pass routing are applied to all parts (if no Small parts pass is required) or if the routs are for Offcuts and
The preliminary pass can be applied to small parts and for stay down or common edge routing so this could result in multiple passes for a given pattern.
e.g.
1. Machining instructions - e.g. vertical drilling and saw grooves
2. Preliminary pass for all parts - leaves 12mm of the material
3. Small parts pass - leaves 1mm of the material
4. Final staydown pass - cuts out all the parts
5. Offcut / waste cuts pass
