Postcode

Field for customer postcode (Quotes / Orders)

There is a separate postcode field for both the invoice address and the delivery addresses.

Data can be analysed postcode or the postcode can be printed on labels and forms.

Use the CUSTOMER DATABASE screen to enter the postcodes for each customer.

Overwrite this information at the ORDER ENTRY screen if necessary - this does not affect the contents of the database.

Enter the postcode in the usual format.
