Temporarily re-activate a logged out licence

 

How to temporarily re-activate a floating cloud licence which has been logged out

 

In the event of an internet connection error, the program is unable to log in to a cloud licence.

An error is displayed after the log in dialog.

If a floating cloud licence has previously been used on the PC, the program offers to temporarily re-activate the last licence used.

Select No to return to the login dialog. Resolve the internet connection problem and try again.

 

Select Yes to continue to the re-activation dialog.

Please contact your distributor for an 8 digit re-activation code. When entered, this will extend the life of the licence for a period of 1 day, allowing time for the internet connection to be restored.

 

Note that the re-activated licence will stop working at midnight on the following day so you must take action to resolve the problem. When the internet connection is restored, log out and back in to restore the licence.
