Upload support back-up for a distributor

 

Your distributor may ask for a back-up of a specific optimisation in order to help diagnose an issue or answer a query. The 'Upload support back-up' option may be selected from the main menu's help menu or from the File or context menus in Review runs.

From within Review runs

When selected, the program creates a back-up (.bkp) file of the current / selected batch in the Documents folder and automatically uploads the file to the distributor.

The program displays a progress dialog as the upload proceeds.

When the upload has been completed, a confirmation is displayed and the backup is deleted from the Documents folder.

If an error occurs (e.g no internet connection), an error message and diagnostic numbers are displayed. Please relay these to your distributor. If the problem cannot be resolved, please locate the back-up file in the Documents folder and email it to your distributor.
