Saw parameter to control position of falling waste
The usual convention is to produce falling waste at the front of blocks and strips.
This parameter reverses the layout so that falling waste is produced at the rear of blocks and strips.

Notes
- This parameter is available only when saw model 34 is selected
- The pattern display and printouts reflect this change (with the exception of the pattern editor).
- When runs are transferred to saw, the setting is passed through to the 5th value of the #TRIMS line of the NPS400 program file, where it appears as '1' for 'rests at front' (the default) and '0' as 'rests at rear'.
