Save a copy of the customer database
The customer database can be backed up as a one-off back-up as part of the program back-up options
At the main screen:-
● Select: File - Back-up
This is a manual process of backing up a specified User profile, related libraries and other information.
It is also very important to ensure the program and significant data are backed up on a regular (e.g. Daily) basis.
This can be done by repeating the manual process BUT it is much better and more reliable if the Program and any directories containing data, templates or libraries are included in the general AUTOMATIC back up procedures for the Company - check with the System Administrator
The customer database has a fixed name of CSDB.MDB.
Take regular back-ups of the database - it contains a lot of important information
