Minimum length of part in a strip

Saw parameter to set a value to assist destacking

On some systems for destacking parts from the saw it is necessary to specify a minimum size for the length of a part in a strip. This prevents, for example, very small parts, such as rail, getting caught between two rollers.

For example, if one of the dimensions of a part is less than the specified minimum length the part cannot be rotated in the pattern such that the shortest dimension runs along the length because the part would then emerge from the saw in the wrong orientation and potentially cause a problem with the machinery.

If a part cannot obey this parameter an error is reported (part too small), and the part is ignored in optimisation.
