The catalog of prices table is an Access (MDB) format database called CATALOG.MDB and is located in the PATH FOR DATA as set by the System parameters.
For large amounts of data to import (or export) work with the table directly using a database program such as Access
Also use the program such as Access to print the catalog in a customised report.
Take care not to alter the design for the tables
Make a back-up copy before working on the database directly
