Report on computer setup and program install specifically for cloud licences
The standard System check tool observes the licencing mode used for the last attempt to start the software (security key or cloud licence). This update includes a version of system check which looks only for a cloud licence (checkcloud.exe). If the program is used with a cloud licence but it will not start, run checkcloud.exe directly from the program folder to help diagnose the problem.
System check (check.exe, checkcloud.exe) can only work in cloud licencing mode when they are run from a location which also contains two utility DLLs (bsrxtra.dll, syscheck.dll). If these DLLs cannot be located or loaded, error messages are reported:
DLL load error (bsrxtra.dll)
DLL load error (syscheck.dll)
For convenience, all necessary files are grouped together in a new folder on the distribution CD (SystemCheck).
