Saw parameter to allow time for a strip to move from the rip saw

Enter the time for a set of strips to be separated and transferred from the rip saw to the intermediate table ready for cross transfer to the crosscut saw. It includes allowance for push out and pull back of the main board. This time is also used for transferring a whole book from the rip saw to the intermediate table for a head cut pattern.
