Form and label parameter to set subtotals
This parameter suppresses the printing of ITEM lines unless they are subtotals. (Lines that have an = symbol instead of a line number in the Quote/order form are called ITEM lines. This is useful for a summary report.

- Only available if the parameter 'Manual subtotals' is selected
