Occurs for Machining drawings
A horizontal drill function has been used but is not positioned on the edge of the part. Normally a horizontal drill would be positioned at the edge of a part - this is a warning that there may be an error in the positioning.
Check the drawing
Where there is a Cut-out or the drilling is part of a linked drawing this positioning may be correct because the drill will be correctly positioned once the cut-out etc has been made. In these cases the warning can be ignored.
