Occurs for Stock control and File Management for operations on the Board library
This message warns that for some operations on the Board library you must be the only one using the program.
Check that all other users are logged off before continuing.
This message occurs for:-
- End of Month / Year report (Stock control)
- Compact Board library (File Management)
Both these operations delete records and compact the library - data may be corrupted if there are other users accessing these records at the same time.
- For the End of Month / Year report the operation also removes the Stock transactions (Audit trail) - make sure you have a current backup of the library before proceeding.
