Cannot Back-up file - file is in use

May occur on taking a back-up of a User profile or a Batch

Some of the files in the User profile are locked or are in use by another program. The back-up cannot be taken. The files involved are shown in the grid.

This is often caused by library files (.lb3) and indicates the library data is shared and is being accessed by another user.

(This error might also occur with 'Restore' if there was a problem accessing the restore file (.BKP); but this is not very likely)

- Check the system and if any other users are accessing the data.
