May occur with Board library or Stock control
If the Board library is linked to an external SQL database any changes can be synchronised between the two databases.
This error indicates that the external database cannot be accessed.
Perhaps the link is down or the external server is busy or the required table is in use by another user and so access is temporarily denied.
