May occur with Nested optimising
For the nesting optimisers the program has checked the position of parts in the nested patterns and found a problem.
The nested editor checks any edited part against the safety contours. Where a part is closer to the edge of the board than the safety margin this message is shown.
Templates - when optimising with large nesting templates the optimiser generates a pattern using the large master part (which can overlap the board margin) but after the patterns are generated the program substitutes the components for the master part; the components are smaller parts and may cause this error as they overlap the board margin.

This warning may also be displayed when recalculating after editing nesting data in review runs. In this case corrections should be made or the run re-optimised.
This is a warning only and the program can continue once the messages are dismissed.
