May occur for optimising if tension trims are set
For the program to calculate tension trim requirements correctly it is essential that all board trims are set to a value which is larger than the saw blade thickness.
If this is not the case, the program issues this warning and the tension trims are not calculated for the phase in question. For example, if one of the rip trims is smaller than (or equal to) the saw blade thickness, the rip tension trims are not calculated.
- Ensure the board trims set in the Optimising parameters (and any material / board level overrides) are set larger than the saw blade thickness.
