Unable to import horizontal drilling

May occur when a drawing is imported to the machining library or when a DXF is used for a part in an optimisation

In order to import horizontal drilling when defined by 4 lines, the imported part border must sit on the X =0 and Y=0 axis. If this is not the case then the error message will be displayed.
