Occurs when optimising data that is not compatible with the Enhanced Shaped nesting optimiser when optimising shapes with multiple borders (“holes”)
The Enhanced Shaped nesting optimiser is unable to process this configuration correctly.
An error number in brackets is used to indicate the cause of the problem. The possible error numbers are: -
002 = Part with safety contour
005 = Tongue and groove is set
006 = Part with information box step angle
011 = Common edge rout type is set
012 = Use global step angle is set
If the user chooses to continue to optimise when this error is displayed the ‘Standard Shaped nesting’ optimiser will be used.
