Occurs when attempting to log in to (or set credentials for) a single PC cloud licence
Single PC cloud licences do not require credentials (user name & password) to be entered during the registration process: enter the licence serial number and activation code at the Register dialog to activate and install the licence on the current PC. Credentials are only required for floating licences.
