Action not successful - application not found

 

Causes:-

 

 Select the Customer database option in Quotes / Orders and the program 'dbquote.exe' is not present or is faulty.

 

Re-try the set-up process and use 'System Check' to see if the file is Ok.

 

 Select 'Parameters - Quote / Orders' and the file 'spsys.ctl' is faulty.

 

This file is in the program directory. Delete this file and re-enter the Quotes / Orders parameters.

 

 If using Quotes / Orders and select Estimate and the estimate fails in an unusual way.

 

Check the Order data and re-try the estimate.
