Action not successful - back-up failed

Back up of a User profile has failed

(Main screen - File - Back-up)

Occurs if the Back-up fails during the back-up process, for example if a drive is full or becomes unavailable, or there is a problem writing the data (disk is write protected, wrong network privileges etc).

May also get other messages and these may give more detail about the failure.

The back-up is not complete or is not safe
