This occurs when there is not enough stock in the board library
- Issue stock for runs - for a run but there is not enough physical stock to complete the issue. This can occur if the physical quantity in the board library is changed (by another user?) after optimisation is complete.
Check the board library. It may be necessary to re-optimise if the boards required are no longer available
