File is corrupt or missing

This can often be caused by a file being locked or not properly closed or by a problem with the security settings or access to a drive or directory.

Check the file can be accessed and seen via Windows explorer

Check file exists

Check file format and data in the file

Import product library

This error may also occurs on Import of Product library if the database to import is not in the correct format.

MPRX conversion

This error may also occur during the conversion of MPRX files to MPR files used in the following operations

Part Library - MPR drawing source - entering a drawing code of an MPRX filename
