Data not correct - cut length and unders conflict

May occur when optimising a part list

The optimiser has not created a set of patterns for a material and the optimisation was abandoned. So one or more parts are shown as under production.

The error message shows the material and parts involved.

This is typically caused by part lists that contain very small or very large parts and often there are only a few parts in the list. In some situations the program cannot place all the parts so that optimising and saw parameters are obeyed for example, Overall cutting length may be violated if there is a small part on a large board producing a very large waste area.

This error can also occur when 'Unders' are set to zero for a part list or there is a mistake in the parameter settings.

Typically to solve the problem the boards used for the optimisation should be restricted to smaller sizes or more part types added to the list or more overproduction allowed.

Check part data and parameter settings and re-try the operation
