Data not correct - edging codes

May occur when optimising or creating a part list / cutting list

There are several causes of this error.

- If  optimising with a part list set for the 'Quick edging' method and the codes for the edging materials in the edging library are not unique (or are not available).

Check the data in the Edging library. When using the 'Quick edging' method with the Edging library only the first letter of a code in the library is used to identify the material. All the first letters must be unique. The message indicates the parts that contain a non-unique edging code.

The following codes in the edging library illustrate this problem as 'White-tape' and 'White-laminate' are not unique codes.

Code              Description

TEAK-LAM        Teak laminate 1mm

WHITE-TAPE      White tape 1mm

WHITE-LAMINATE  White laminate 1mm

-  When using the Edging diagram information box. This error is reported if there is a wrong code in the Edging diagram. For example, if long trims on an edge are adjacent (at 90 degrees) to an edge that is already set to 'long trims'.

Check the edging diagram settings.
