The program can be set (System parameters) to use a single board list for a batch of part lists. This board list (especially with offcuts) can get quite large.
This board list has a maximum limit of 5000 items.
This error indicates the number of items is more than the allowed limit.
The results are no longer correct.
Reduce the number of runs in the batch and re-try the operation.
