Data not correct - not enough boards

May occur for optimising

This typically means there are not enough boards in stock to produce the required parts.

If it is possible for the optimisation to proceed (ignoring the missing stock) the 'Continue' button is shown.

Continue - select this to proceed

In some cases the 'Continue' button is NOT shown; this means the optimisation data is wrong and must be corrected. Exit and return to the part list or parameters to fix the problem. Typically a material or part code is not correct or the board quantities are wrong.

A common situation in which the optimisation can proceed is where there are enough boards for most of the materials but there is not sufficient of one of the materials. In this case all the parts for the available materials are optimised and patterns generated and the other parts ignored.

The 'Limit' field in the board library or board list can be altered to allow the optimisers to exceed the quantity in stock for one or more board sizes. The problem can also sometimes be caused if the board code or other board data is not correct and the board cannot be found.

May also occur with the Nesting optimisers (Shaped Nesting II, Rectangular Nesting)
