Occurs in Review and Print runs for the 'Job costing' report and the data for job costing is not correct
It usually indicates that one or more of the files for the run (such as the part list or parameter files) is out of date. That is, one of the files has been changed since the run was optimised. It may also indicate a problem with the divided lists (where these were created).
The job costing report may not be correct
Check the run files - usually need to reoptimise to ensure that the job costing report is correct.
The following procedure illustrates this problem. Optimise a product requirements list. Select the part list with the same name as the product requirements list and make a change to one of the quantities. Select Review runs then Job costing and select the product requirements list - this error is shown. This is because one of the files required (for example, the part list) for the job costing report has changed since the optimisation.
