Occurs for Optimising if recut parts cannot be clamped by the first clamp
The minimum part size that can be clamped by the first clamp is determined by subtracting the clamp width from the first clamp position.
For example: First clamp position= 75mm
Clamp width = 30mm
Minimum sizes of recut part = 45mm
This sometimes indicates the run has been manually altered after optimisation.
