Data not correct - recut too narrow

 

Occurs for Optimising if recut parts cannot be clamped by the first clamp

 

The minimum part size that can be clamped by the first clamp is determined by calculating the midpoint of the first clamp finger – i.e. at least 50% of the finger needs to be holding the material.

 

For example:

First clamp position= 75mm

Overall clamp width = 65mm

Finger width = 15mm

 

Minimum sizes of recut part = 75 – (65/2) + (15/2) = 50mm

 

This sometimes indicates the run has been manually altered after optimisation.

 

Check Saw parameter settings for clamps.
