Re-activation code is not correct

 

May occur when re-activating a security key (10 day key re-activation) or a cloud licence

 

Check that the re-activation code entered is correct.

For cloud licences, check that the 8 digit re-activation code is correct. If there was a delay between issuing the code and applying it, you may need to ask for distributor for another one.
