Extra data about edging materials for the part list
Part list data can be extended and customised beyond the fixed fields to include extra data. For edging this information is typically the fields that describe the edging and laminating material and the 'Edging diagram' to describe the edge operations. Typically the data is created in the part list / cutting list during optimisation and is available for reports, labels, or for exporting data to control other machines.
The information boxes are set at the Information box parameters (Main screen - Parameters - Information boxes)
Once the boxes (fields) are set up the fields apply to every part list and can be used throughout the program. typical example is the FINISHED LENGTH, which can be calculated by the program and automatically placed in an information box.
The information boxes for the edging codes are used instead of the 'Quick Edging' method for entering full edge codes for each edge.
