Option to change an item in the customer database
Quotes / Orders only
● Move to the record
● Enter or over-type any data to change it
Use the navigation buttons to move through the database a record at a time.
Use the FIND option to locate a record.
These options are also on the 'Record' menu.
Save the current record
Undo
To undo all the edits in a current session (before exit from a record):-
● Select: Record - Undo All
or
Select
the toolbar option
Notes
- Record in use - this means that another user is also using the record and the record cannot be changed - check with other users as your attempted changes may clash with theirs.
