Label data for saw

Saw parameter to set whether sequence information is stored

Online label PC and link to Homag saw

Select the type of label data required from the list

The options are:-

None

Per piece

Per book (saw models 33 and 34 only)

CNI labelling (Homag controllers only)

For the Online label PC this also creates cutting sequence information.

Labelling methods - The CNI labelling method requires that only one part item number is produced by each cut listed in the program file. This may lead to increased cutting time where, for example, strips which have the same crosscuts but produce different item numbers cannot be crosscut together. Offcut labelling is not supported for this method.

Labels per stack - This is only for saw models 33 and 34. 'Per stack' means one label per quantity of the cutting height. If a pattern has part A occurring 3 times per sheet, and you cut 4 sheets in one book, you get 12 x part A. 'Labelling per piece' gives you 12 labels, but the 'per stack' option gives 12/4 = 3 labels for part A, (one for each part on the top layer).
