●  Select: Function - Text

or

Select option from the Function Toolbar

Move the cross hair cursor to the required location

First click - Start

Enter text in left pane

Click to finish

The font is a fixed pitch and style of approximately 17cpi (characters per inch). Note that you cannot import text into a part drawing.
