Flexible method for importing variables for product requirement import
If importing product requirements it is also possible to import variables not set by the Product requirement import parameters. To do this:-
- Open / Edit the import file
- Enter the variable name and answer on the relevant product line, for example, @BACKMAT@,TEAK
PRODDESK,200,300,400,GREEN,OAK,@PLINTH@,500,@BACKMAT@,TEAK
The variable name must be surrounded by @ symbols and the answer must be in the next field and must not be surrounded by @ symbols. The variable/answer pairs can occur at any point.
PRODUCT1,@CARCASEMAT@,MDF-15MM,,,110,220,50,15
