Time for positioning book for rip saw - time taken to position a book at the rip saw ready for cutting. It includes the time for clamping and aligning the book.
Time for positioning book for head saw - second value only applies to 3 Saw systems with a separate head cut saw. It is the time taken to position a book at the head cut saw ready for cutting. It includes the time for clamping and aligning the book. If the saw type you have chosen is not a 3 saw system this second parameter has no effect.
