Saw parameter to adjust the crosscut fence distances
Applies to certain angular saws for patterns without a head cut
If this parameter is set to zero then address 1 of (QS1 to QS4) is set to the value of the saw parameter Distance to cutting line + trim (inc. waste). However, if the rear position value is greater than zero then address 1 of (QS1 to QS4) is calculated as:-
Crosscut fence rear position = length of board + trim + waste
