The Cad drawings option is for Room plan and room layouts
Products used in Cad drawings use the pictures from the Product library to show the product outline in the plan.
The main view is a 2D plan view of the room.
If Plan views or Elevation views of the products are set up (in Drawings and in the Product library) the room layout can show the plan view of each product.
