Find - Board library

Locate text in the Materials, Boards, Transactions panes

At the Board library screen:-

- Move to the required pane (materials, boards, transactions)

- Move to a column

- Select: Edit - Find [Ctrl F]

or

Select the Toolbar symbol

The program displays the Find Dialog

- Enter text to search for

- Select ‘Find Next’ to start

(The dialog displays the name of the current area being searched in the dialog title)

Options are:-

- Match whole cell only

- Match case

- Direction

- Search

Match whole cell only

Only return results where the whole cell is the same as the ‘Find what’ string.

Match case

Only return results where the content and the case of each letter match.

Direction

- Look through the grid either up or down from the current location

Search

Set the area of the grid that is looked at.

- Current column

- Current row

- Current grid

Notes

- If the search is not successful the cursor stays in the current location.

- To locate a specific board move to the 'Boards only' view

- The search only applies to the selected column
