Search for an item in the information boxes and replace it.
The search or find option at the Part list typically searches a single column. This also applies for searching information boxes. The information boxes can contain a wide variety of data with similar data in different columns so it is sometimes useful to search across all information boxes and replace data. At the Part list:-
● Select: Edit - Information boxes - Replace
● Enter text to search for
● Enter alternative text
● Select: [ Replace ] button
● Select: [ Replace ] button
Other Replace options:-
Replace All - replaces all items found
Match case - check box if the case in search text is significant
Cancel - abandon replace
