Preview of printed stock report
For printing stock reports the report is shown on-screen in the Report viewer before printing starts.
There is also an option to look at a 'Print preview' which shows a on-screen view of the printed layout and paging.
● Move to a report
● Select: File - Print preview
The program displays a standard Windows print preview screen.
Use the options at the top of the report to change to view and navigate between pages.
Print - print report
Exit - abandon print
