Reports covering more than one run (optimisation)
Even if only one run is optimised the program always uses a batch file to control the optimisation. Where there is more than one run in a batch extra reports are available to give overall summaries of the entire batch of runs.
The batch screen shows the items in the batch when optimising.
If there is more than one run in a batch the first summary shown is the Batch Summary.
- Select a line and select 'Management' summary to move to the details for a run.
The other batch related reports are:-
Job costing - a summary over all the Products in a product requirements list. This might be one or more runs depending on how the set of product requirements was optimised, for example, either as a mixed material run or as a set of single material runs.
Fittings (hardware) is a summary of all the non-optimised items (not sundry parts) in a set of product requirements.
Operations is a summary of all the production times for a set of product requirements.
