Remove materials and / or boards
At the Board library screen:-
● Select the required material or board (or place the cursor on the required row)
● Select: Edit - Delete [F7]
or
Select the Toolbar
option
Before each delete the program prompts for confirmation
When deleting a Material any boards for that material are also deleted
The program presents a warning if there are boards set up for the material.
Make sure to double check before confirming the delete operation
Use
the mouse to select mulitiple items to delete ('Ctrl Click' with mouse
to select separate lines)
Notes
- Stock transactions are not deleted (Stock control module only).
- Where stock control is in use the delete option automatically creates a final stock transaction record for each board.
