Machining centre parameter to add information to the variable block of the MPR(X) file

The Variable block of the MPR(X) file is the block that starts with the text: [001
79 characters are allowed with each item separated the semi-colon symbol (;).
Each item is placed on a new line with a further comment (KM=) line. e.g.
MPR(X) Variables: AZ=2;MP=$LOOKVAL$;GK=4
where the lookup $LOOKVAL$ has a value of 31 in the lookup table.
Gives the following MPR(X) format:-
[001
... usual variable data
AZ=2
KM=
MP=31
KM=
GK=4
KM=
If the lookup does not exist an error is reported and the MPR(X) files are not created.
