Dialog to select part list fields for sorting
The part list and cutting list are NOT sorted by clicking on individual columns. Typically a sorted order involves several columns, for example, Material, Length, Width. To sort the part list:-
● Select: Edit - Sort
or
Right click on the grid to pop up the
edit menu
This list of items shows the available part list fields. This includes both the standard fields (material, length, width etc.) and any information boxes.
Check
the box next to each field to include the field
● Select OK to confirm
For multiple fields the order is set by dragging the fields
into the correct relative order (using the mouse).
Notes
- Up/Down arrow keys can also be used to move through the list.
- Blocks of items can be selected by holding down the mouse and dragging. Use the space bar to check / uncheck the selected boxes in one operation.
