Predefined information box (field) for the description of the edging material
The edging data in the Edging library typically consists of a code, description and other details. For example:-
TEAK/035 - Light teak laminate 1mm
For each edge of the part this data is linked to a pair of part list information boxes:-
Teak/035 >> Width edge right
Light teak laminate 1mm >> Width edge right - description
When a cutting list is created if the edging code is set in the Width edge right box the program uses this code to get the correct edging description from the Edging library.
This makes the data available for use on, custom reports, export, printed labels etc.
Notes
- At the Information box tree this box is in the Edging branch
- Information box: Width edge right must be set for this parameter to operate
- This information box is only filled out for core parts (not for parts created from the laminate or edging codes)
- If necessary the description is truncated to fit the space allowed for the information box.
