Machine Interface options when sending runs to a saw
Transferred runs are shown on the batch screen with a tick.
Sometimes it is useful to re-send a run or to send the run to another saw. The program can be set (Saw transfer parameters) to give various levels of warning where a re-transfer is attempted.
- No warning on re-transfer
- Warning if run has already been transferred to the same saw number
- Warning if run has already been transferred to any saw.
If a warning level is set a warning dialog is shown on a re-transfer.
The last five transfers (for a run) are shown.
Yes - confirm re-transfer
No - do not transfer this run (the program prompts for each run in the batch)
Cancel - abandon transfer
Help - information about this dialog
Notes
- The printed version of the screen uses an asterisk * to show transfer status
- Re-optimising and recalculating a run do not affect the transfer record
- Avoid rearranging the list of saws in the saw transfer parameters since this may cause confusion during saw transfer
